Refund Policy

Digital research subscriptions

DeepFlow provides digital educational research content. Because access to digital research may begin immediately after purchase, completed subscription payments are generally non-refundable except as described below or as required by applicable law.

Refund eligibility

Customers may request a refund within 7 days of the initial purchase if they are unable to access the service, were billed in error, or believe a duplicate charge occurred. We review requests case by case.

Renewals and cancellations

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period.

How to request a refund

Email support@deepflowtrade.com with your account email, payment date, and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
